I am looking for John South (born 1773)
1841 census
Second ward, Colchester, Essex.

Ancestry doesn't appear to be picking him up but other companies are showing the above details.

I would be very grateful if anyone can add more info to John South's census registration.

a'ha, thanks Stan, that does explain a lot. Mind you, in the 1911 census they have my South family down as Soath.........not a great deal of improvement to show for 70 years.   ;)
