Evans b1899 Pontypridd
« on: Monday 03 January 11 17:42 GMT (UK) »
Hi

I've got an Amy Jane Evans born in Q2 1899 in Pontypridd and don't know any more until her marriage.

Can anyone please find her for me in the 1901 Census so I can establish her parents and siblings names?

Many thanks & Happy New Year!!

Cheers

but with a name like Evans in Wales you really need to purchase the marriage cert which should give father's name and occupation

Thank you Suz - am going to order the cert anyway but you know what it feels like when you just can't wait?!!!

I suspect it's a match anyway because of Caleb, who has been mentioned to me already.

Thank you again  ;)

Caleb is very badly written on the 1901 image - but he appears on 1911 index in same household as John and Margaret A
