John Humphries b 1781 help please

Hi All,

I am trying to find John Humphries parents, apparently he was born / christened 20th July 1781 Madeley.

He married Ann Barker 21 Oct 1822 Madeley and have 4 Daughters and 2 sons, although Edmund died aged 9 months in 1828.

now one of my contacts said she has his birth as 20 July 1781 but cannot remember there source?
and that he died 9 July 1838 Madeley. again the source they cannot remember?
