  After searching, surfing and trawling the web, I'm now scuba diving trying to find something, just a bite of Andrew Albert. b. 1852.

A William Norris (b1822) and his wife Sarah with daughter Elizabeth have been sighted in Salem, Marion, Illinois. Birthplace ENG. Occupation Miner. Census 1880.

Did A.A. follow his Uncle, if indeed this William IS his Uncle Bill.

        Coming back to this post as I can't find Andrew Albert's brother Robert after 1901.

                              Robert Norris B. 1869 Kilburn.
                               1901 Hammersmith. + Kate and children.

             Did they swap names on census night's?     Lesanne.

The 1901 Death age 47 - I wouldn't discount it because of the age not being as expected. It's seems very close in a right place of Berks? My tree is littered with death ages being wrong - due to the person who knew best being deceased  .  Oft times, informants of the death, even if they were children of the deceased did not know the exact age. And if the decedent just had or was about to have a birthday, the death age could often  be out by a year or so either way.

Hang, I tell so many people I'm still 31 (no longer able to wing it with 21) that I'm sure my age will get recorded wrong on the day 

I checked Ellis Island database for arrivals in NY 1892 - 1924 - none with that full name, none with Andrew NORRIS b abt 1852, but one only, age 39 (born abt 1859)

                            I used to tell my kids, 29, for years.
                Then we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, in style, that was it,
                                   ooh mum, porky pies...
