Hello,
I wonder whether anyone can  tell me the name of the local newspaper for the Pennal area at the turn of the 20th Century . I am trying to locate a report on the funeral of Owen Jones (born 1852 in Towyn) who died Sept 7th 1909 in Pennal and was buried in the Pennal cemetery. Thank you for your help.

Try the Cambrian News, Aberystwyth for they cover the Pennal area.
