Belgian 1st WW refugees

I am looking for info on the Belgian refugees who came to Devon in 1914. Particularly Chudleigh. + Bovey Tracey (where some stayed at the Devon House of Mercy whcih was still in use as a home for wayward girls - that must have been a shock for the Belgians). Info on where they stayed and whether they found work. Thanks.
