Hannah Stammers/ Ashover?

I have Hannah Stammers b. 1859 Ashover, Derbyshire who married David Nixon (9/3/1879 Register Office, Foleshill, Warks), On all censuses from her marriage onwards (1881-1911) her place of birth is consistant as being Ashover. Her marriage cert states her father is John Stammers, Tailor. I am unable to find any Stammers in Derbyshire! Really need help with this one please.

I have checked  some Ashover records that I have ,but there is nothing in the baptisms or burials for the name Stammers. There is a marriage that my fit in somewhere.

Hugh Stamers, vicar of Woolley, father Patrick & Elizabeth Thompson aged 19, father Joseph married 20.3. 1844 at Ashover
