Which is the right Bridget?
« on: Friday 14 January 11 12:03 GMT (UK) »
Hello,

I'm a bit confused as to which Bridget Macdonald/McDonald is my one!
One census says she was born 1861 in Westminster, Middlesex, England
And two other say 1863, London, England

In the 1871 census there is a Bridget Macdonald  born 1859 in Westminster
And also a Bridget McDonald born in 1862 in London

Which one would you go for with out buying a certificate??  ??? ??? :)

It says on her marriage in 1880 to Francis Mooney that her father is John Mcdonald, so I'm guessing it would be 1859 Bridget as that's who her father is? It's just thrown me 'cos her birth year isn't the same as on the other censuses  :P
