Instead of dithering over when Albert Edward Fitch was born, why not go to

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/

and order his birth certificate using the info I gave earlier, i.e., Albert Edward Fittch, born Oct-Dec 1880, registration district Bethnal Green, volume 1c, page 226.

For only 9.25 pounds you can satisfy your curiosity.
