Can anyone put me in touch with "Tanya"? With her assistance I can get a marker for his grave; at no cost. (see below)

My name is Tanya Oneill nee Wilson Walter Scott Wilson was my 2xggrandfather.  I know about the Texas hoods etc but would appreciate getting any info you may have on him his emigration family etc also the biography you mention in one of your posts written by a brother where would I get that ? How are you related to walter Scott ?
