Is there anyone who can obtain for me a copy of the death details of James Armit who died 2nd Dec 1967 in Janesville Rock WI.  I can send via PM my email address to have the image sent direct to me.

Last Residence: 53545  Janesville, Rock, Wisconsin,.
SSN issued: Wisconsin (Before 1951)

Wisconsin Death Index shows -   James Armitt   - Age: 80  - Sex: M (Male)
Birth Date: abt 1887  - Death Date: 2 Dec 1967
Location: Jane - abreviated  -  Certificate: 038429

No sorry - you would probably need the death certificate to give you that information.

WW 1 Draft shows James Armit. Born 20 June 1887 at 114 Farnham. Lawrence. Massachusetts. Declared his intention for Naturalization. Born Hurlfield. Ayrshire. Scotland. Occupation:- Mill Operative for American Woolen Co., James is married with a wife and child.
Tall of medoung build withblue eyes and light brown hair.

Dated 5 th June 1917 Lawrence. Massachusetts

That is great at least I know he had a daughter and a wife.  James is my great grandmothers half brother after their father left his first wife in Scotland and then bigamously married my great grandmother.  Am hoping I may be able to bring the two sides of their fathers family together again.  Interestingly I am tall with blue eyes and medium build as well, so was my father.  This explains where we get it from as my grand parents were both small

Wow now you have gone further than I could have hoped.  You wouldnt know if WI as any vital record indexes online like MO as do you.  Again thanks and if I can repeat the favour for UK records in particular Yorkshire feel free to ask
