Parents of Llewellyn West

I wonder if someone could find the parents of Llewellyn West for me, Llewellyn married Sarah Rebecca Austin April 1906 in Abertillery.  Llewellyn was born c1883 Pontypool I believe.  Does anyone know who is parents were and did he have any siblings.  I have tried to access the 1891 Census as I am told he appears onthat for Pontypool and the 1901 Census when he was 19, can anyone help?
