There are several other wills for surname Thomas in Pen-boyr. I didn't spot any others with Penclawdd or Penyclawdd in the title, but it may appear in the text. Farm name appears as Penyclawdd in Mary's will and when searching Penboyr doesn't produce results, but Pen-boyr does.
I'd meant to check earlier as I though someone farming that amount of land might have featured in a will or two.
By the way, I think his first marriage to Hannah davies wsa 1835.
