This is a printed example given at the beginning of the enumerator's books to show them how to fill in their returns. In "Making Sense of the Census, Revisited" by Edward Higgs, he gives, in Appendix 3 illustrations of the examples for the censuses from 1801 to 1901.
The names and details are the same from 1861 to 1891
