i can see a margaret francis marrying in merthyr tydfil dist in the jan/feb/mar. qtr 1865
but the 2 male names on the same page are lewis parry and david thomas.
but if the marr cert states her name was margaret francis then i guess that must be right

Hi wozzle,
I put a marriage request two /three weeks ago as i could not match up a marriage for a Rees and Margaret Francis , i cannot find my old post to look it up now, but one was found they were mistranscribed one was partner missing , it must be the right family as my grt grt gran on her birth cert it was mothers name Margaret Jenkins formely Francis,
