Hello, would anyone happen to know if there is still a headstone at the lair in the attachment?

Bridgets last name is McIvor and i think there is another burial in there too now.

I am going to be in Glasgow later in the year and wanted to know what, if anything I would find!

Many thanks.

Hooray,
I've found my great-grandmother's grave. I visited St Kentigerns this week along with 3 family members who came from Ireland. After over 2 hours of searching and help from 2 grave diggers we found it.
We were very overwhelmed.
My next question is does anyone know how to find out who owns the deeds??and can you find out who would have erected the headstone??

Have you used Family Search before. If not, it is free to sign in and open an account.

When you sign in, have a look at the records here www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1321853?availability=Family History Library Cemetery records for St. Kentigern's Catholic Cemetery, Maryhill, Glasgow, 1882-2000

It takes a a little while to get familiar with the databases and manage your way through it. There is no search option so you have to select the right period you want for the year your G Grandmother died and look through it till you get to the entry you are looking for.

Hope it was after 1882, as this is the start year for these records.

Good luck with the search  :)
