Hi
John Grieve McCreath was the grandson of Agnes Andrew and John McCreath she was the sister of my gg grandmother Margaret Andrew when Robert's  father died she went on to marry William Coulter who is also related to me .They had quite a large family.
His father was Robert McCreath mother was Catherine Grieve they married in 1888.
They lived in Dunure a small fishing village in Ayrshire Scotland . My ancestors left the area and headed further down the coast to Cairnryan where some of their descendants still live today.
They were all fishermen .
