If someone died in Melin y Wig in the parish of Gweddelwern,would  anyone out there know where they could be buried.   ???

Think  my last post sounded a bit confusing, what i meant was could anyone tell me what churches/graveyards  are around that area that they could possibly be buried in  ;D ;D

Melin y Wig is  north of Gwyddelwern - I drove through/past it a few years ago.

I think it might be Clocaenog  :-\

Looking at the map Melin-y-wig is between Bettws Gwerfil Goch to the south west and Derwen to the north east with Gwyddelwern being to the south east of all three.

Unfortunately, the one you're interested in was a labourer so I'm not sure that he'd have a tombstone. I've just checked and Clwyd FHS haven't done the MIs for Gwyddelwern so it would be relying on someone to check the burial records  :-\
