Will of G.H. Errington of Lexden (d 1883)

Hi,

I'm trying to find details of a bequest made to my g-g-g-grandfather, Edward Clarke (b Lexden 1808), in the will of G.H. Errington of Lexden Park on his death in 1883.

All I know is that he was left a house, presumably in Lexden village. 

If anyone has a copy of, or access to, Mr. Errington's will I would be most grateful if they could enlighten me on which house it was.
