He was convicted at the Surrey Assizes if that's any help  :-\

Can anyone work out what his "Native Place" is please.

You're correct  ;D

Not only does the transcription on Ancestry say "London" (once I finally found it  ::) ), but a fiddle with the image in PS shows it looks very like London and just to confirm it - his headstone says "Native of Middlesex"
