Narangel Venezuela, does this exist?

I have just been sent a copy of a British naturalisation certificate for my Venezualan ancestor Julian Marins. It declares he was born in a place caled Narangel in 1880 and gives the names of his parents.
I cant seem to find such a place. We were lead to believe he was from Caracas, could this be a suburb or maybe the name was miss-heard when the certificate was typed up.
Any thoughts greatfully received

Naranjel is about 40 kms due West of Caracas just South of El Limon. I would think that as it is a small village Carcas would be the nearest place of note.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.
