Hi Paul,
It was not unusual to name 2 Children with similar names eg Ann Jane and Ann in your Tree.
In 1841 Census Ann Jane is just down as Jane.
I have an Eliza and Elizabeth in my Tree in the same Family.

I have found a possible Marriage (although you may already know who Ann is );
