Merlin- the information came from another family researcher and from a Family history book compiled by a family member,(no longer alive).

Sparrett - Carolines husband was Charles George Bye,(m-27.4.1892) Charles was born 1872 & died 1950 and she was the second eldest of 11

I have searched the resource I have regarding the Cemetery and the closest I can come up with is.

If I were you I would follow up with an inquiry to  the Cemetery Trust.  It is possible they will be of more help than me with their register.

The death information for the BOSKE states parents unknown.

Hello Sue, while you were typing your reply i was looking deeper and the information you just stated is correct.

He we adopted by a family in Zeehan with that surname (BOSKE) and have just found out that is the surname on his death certificate, so is it possible to get the location information or a photo sent. As previously stated we were down there over the week-end with no luck, now we know why.

I notice that you are looking for information on the Cornish in Tassie, i do not know if you have the Tasmanian Pioneer & Federation disc but i do so if you want some help i am more than willing to try for you. My partner is from Tasmania and still have family there, by the way where are you located?

Now you have mentioned them, I can see the BOSKE family in Tasmania with a few bdm events noted on the Family links files.

The family surname was Cornish and , at the moment, I am ok for details of their convict lives and offspring.

I see your PERCY was a convict grandson too!

I think writing to the Cemetery is a good idea to try to get a photo.

Of course, perhaps his circumstances did not allow for a headstone.  You can only ask

Afterthought

There are some Victorian elctoral roll entries for PERCY which can be provided if of interest.

They show he did not move really from the Gippsland area from his first showing in1914.
