John & Catherine Jones, Holyhead

Has anyone any information on John & Catherine Jones who lived / kept the shop Birmingham House in Market St Holyhead, Anglesey. They lived there from about 1881 - 1905.
They previously lived at 26 Market St, and it too was possibly a shop.

He was born in Flintshire, and was a 'small ware dealer/ china dealer'.
Catherine (nee Roberts?) was born on Anglesey, possibly Beaumaris, and had a son from a previous marriage, his name was William Harding (he was about 12 in 1871).

John was possibly previously married to Anne, origianlly from Caernarfon. The had 4 sons, and at one time lived in Swift Sq Holyhead.
One of their sons, Thomas (b. c1848) married Jane Burnell in LLanddeiniolen, but lived mostly in Holyhead.

Any information about John or Anne, or Catherine. would be most welcome.
