Information for William Kermeen born in Foxdale 1870

I am on a quest to find my father's family history, and if I am lucky to find my distant Manx living relatives so this is the purpose of my post.  My father was Robert Arthur W Kermeen son of Muriel Jane Grant and Arthur William Kermeen who came to Canada around 1910.
Arthur Kermeen's father's info: William appears to be the son of William Kermeen and Elizabeth Evans. The 1881 census has them in Waterloo, Great Crosby, Liverpool.   Arthur William Kermeen was born 1899 in West Derby Liverpool to father William Kermeen DOB 12 Oct 1870, Died 28 Oct 1950 and Edith Slater. They married at West Derby R/O in 1898. William Kermeen was born in Foxdale Glenfaba, Isle of Man.   I would greatly appreciate any information Debbie Modderman/kermeen!!! 

The information I am looking for would be the parents of and further family information on William Kermeen married to Elizabeth Evans.

There are a number of christenings to William Kermeen and Ann/e Kneal/e on the IOM , from 1835 on.

The 1841 census reference for the family is HO107/1465/10 3 2, possibly indexed as Hermens.
