1841 Bonsall Derbyshire - Bound census pages out of sequence?
« on: Friday 25 February 11 12:11 GMT (UK) »
I have encountered an oddity in the 1841 census for Bonsall. Starting at HO 107/197/7 folio 33 there are inconsistencies in the families and sequence of street names at the end of each folio ( ie at the end of each odd numbered page, on the reverse of each folio) for this and the next 3 folios.  If I read the folios in the order 33/37/36/35/34 the familes and street name sequence become consistent.

On the original images the page numbers are sequential - the version that gives logical families and streets has pages out-of-order, 6,7,14,15,12,13,10,11,8,9

Has anyone encountered similar out-of-order problems elsewhere?
