Need Help I have hit a Brick wall!!
Looking for information for 1841 census for Daniel Jones born 1806  Cilycwm, Carmarthenshire, Wales. s
Also need a christening for him and his parents names
I really would be grateful for any information any one could give,

Do you have Daniel on any other census and are you hoping to find him in Cilycwm in 1841? The nearest I can find in Cilycwm in 1841 is this family:

Daniel Jones age 25 Ag Lab
Mary Jones age 30
Daniel Jones age 4
Mary Jones age 1
All born Carmarthenshire

As you know, in 1841 the correct age was to be written for everyone under 15 years of age. For those age 15 and over, the age was to be rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5. Therefore this Daniel may have been born 1811-6

I have Daniel in 1848 when he  married Esther Edwards and then I got Daniel in 1851 with wife Esther. I dont think that Last one you posted is him as he did not have any children until 1853.
in 1851 Daniel was living in 6 Colbrook Llandingat, Carmarthenshire Wales. With Wife Esther 34

I can't see him in 1841 in Cilycwm or Llandingat  the nearest I can see are at Llandingat and Llanfairarybryn but look to be married with children.

I have Daniel in 1848 when he  married Esther Edwards

The marriage certificate should give the father's names and occupations. It should also say whether Daniel was a Widower at the time of his marriage. The 1841 with family below is a good fit with Daniel's age of 39 in 1851.

Off the top of my head(in a library) there is a M.I for Elizabeth wife of Daniel at Cilcwm P.Ch. Will check my M.I. survey back home. Think I might have him in 1851.

if he didn't have any children until 1853, who is the 8 year old John, enumerated as son in 1851? Suggests a prior marriage or relationship for one of them.
