Help please Family history research Radcliffe and Teare

G'day there,  I am having great difficulty tracing family from IoM.  It appears my ancestors have  reasonably commom names. I know that Frederick RADCLIFFE wed Elizabeth Lucinda Winn or Wynn. Fred was born IoM married toxteth, Lancs.  His father is Daniel mother Jane Ann GILL.  I found Jane birth c1826 in Lezayre possibly correct. Daniel was a Police officer.  I believe Daniel's parents are John RADCLIFFE and Elizabeth TEARE.  Both appear to have been born in Andreas, though some things don't seem to gel.  I was wondering if someone could tell me if what I am doing is heading in right direction and also if someone else is also researching same family.

As Jane has different dates and POB in various Census I think you need the Marriage Cert to confirm her Father and his Occp;

1881, 1827, Ramsey Maughold

Jane could be the daughter of JOHN/CATHERINE;
HO107/1463/8/German

As Jane/Daniel name a Son Daniel Hampton Ratcliffe, Chr 04 April 1851, Ramsey, IOM then the Hampton is probably a clue to either Jane or Daniels Mothers maiden name.

ah - but if you had indicated non-manx census - there is a 39 jane who matches in ramsey (just to show how common that name is in north of island)
presume the stange place is Kirk Andreas
Re sending for cert - I suggest asking on the MB I referenced on her other request - the fathers' names are not officially required until post 1849 marriage Act (I said there that IoM was different) - some parishes jumped the gun by buying English style pre-printed registers that had these questions

Sorry I just presumed you would be looking at Lancs Census as Fred was married in Lancs
