You'd need to order the marriage certificatge to get father's names (mothers aren't listed on marriage certificates) or else order their birth certificates to get names of both parents.
Have you searched for the index details need to order the certificates yet?
Meanwhile I'll move this to Lancashire board but please remember that we can't post details of living people here.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

No official documents I'm afraid, but I do know that Bertha remarried later on to Joseph Cox (died 2023) and went on to have more children. I know there are 3 living daughters (1 Liverpool, 1 Manchester and 1 Scotland) and one son (Liverpool) the older son also has passed away.

There were mentions of Romany links going back in the line but I'm not certain on that either. I hope some of that is helpful.

I'm a second cousin (Cox) just dipping my toes into genealogy, you've done some great work
