Name looks like Andrew Munro to me.  Can't read the next line but looks something like Plabro' .  Is there a place name something like that in Invergordon?

The word under Andrew [Monro?] must be the relationship to the deceased, not a placename. To me it just looks like 'Relative'.

Agree 'Andrew' and 'Relative' but can't see the Surname well enough.

If I were to guess at the surname, I first read it as: Andrew Mayo, Relative
