On the 1901 index there is a John J Williams aged 40 born Isle of Man.  Would anyone be able to post the details of this household please?

Thank you KGarrad for your help.

I wonder where his wife is as it states he is married?  John is on the 1881 census as single with his parents, there is Catherine Williams aged 41 and an Eliza Williams aged 35 on the Isle of Man in 1901.  Would anyone be able to check who they are living with please?

That 1901 census states John J is single - so no wife to search for!

Catherine Williams is married to James (40) and they are living with their daughter Elizabeth Murdoch and son-in-law Hubert J Murdoch, in Onchan

Eliza Williams is married to William Williams (43) and living in Maughold
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

When I looked at the index for 1901 I clicked on Married for marital condition, John J Williams only came up as married but not single.  But if it states him as single on the image that makes it easier with him not being married.

Thanks for your help and for posting details of Catherine Williams and Eliza Williams.

in case of interest Reece is illeg son of Ann (Nancy) Quayle - in 1841 living with mother at abbey Mountain in Malew bapt st marks  18261015 - in reg noted as s/o Jack Williams - engine driver is of course the guy who controlled the mines lifting engine
