You would need to send for the death certificate to discover the cause of death.

I notice that you quote 'birth' for each of these children, do you have their birth certificates?  A check of the parish records for St Margaret's in Leiston might help further.  If you live near an LDS centre you might be able to order the film or if you are lucky, someone on here might be able to add some extra look ups to their next visit to the Suffolk Record Office.

The town of Leiston is within the Blything Registration District which was created in 1837 when registration came in.  This area is now split as Waveney and Deben districts, no doubt due to growth in population.

It seems "Frederick" and "John Frederick" are the same person

1891 census entered as Frederick Peck
1901 census entered as John F Peck

it was not unusual to be known by a middle name - his name was just entered differently on the census

this looks like his birth reg -so you may be a year out wiith that

John Frederick Peck
Dec qtr 1884
Blything reg dist
4a 853

It doesn't look like you have the correct death for John Frederick Peck

The John Frederick Peck who died 14 Jun 1934 in the Small pox Hospital Pettistree Suffolk was only 28 years old - so born c. 1906. I think he was  the son of William Henry Peck and Edith Elizabeth
????
" Your " John Frederick Peck  became a schoolmaster and moved to Rye - whether he moved again  I don't know
