Can anyone help with this
trying to find out parents of Edward Jones.
Edward Jones , joiner, married Mary Swinnerton at Gresford Parish Church, Wrexham in 1844.
Edward b c 1816 states father as John Jones, Carter.
The witnesses on the marriage are Henry Jones and Hannah Swinnerton. Was hoping that Henry may be a brother, but at his marriage to Hannah (Mary's sister) he states father as Henry, Shoemaker. Have spotted Henry Jnr in census but no further clues if related to Edward. Edward and Mary witnessed Henry and Hannah's marriage.
Maybe John and Henry Snr are brothers?
