photo is on Postcard,on back it says CORRESPONDENCE       ADDRESS ONLY
It has a sepia tinge to it I think it could possibly be The Nimmo twins born 1921 in Scotland but I'm far from certain

If it has a divided back it's after 1902, that's all we can tell you.

However, if we could actually see the photo, we might have more of an idea. This is literally the size of a postage stamp...could we see a bigger scan please.

China I do apologise for the size I will try to put a larger one on I'm not to handy on a computor and the original says it is to large and needs resizing and I'm afraid my attempt at it was not very good to say the least

Well, kids are hard to date because their clothing didn't change much but just by the general look of the photo I'd say it could well be 1920s. Sorry I can't give any more

These children are very nicely dressed aren't they?

That would fit with it being the twins as they were born 1921. Tragic story is they were adopted by my Great Grandparents both drowned. one was 18 years old the other 21 just five days short of three years apart one in the river Urr in Dalbeattie the other in Dalbeattie burn about a mile away
