Glasgow ,which I presume is the Potographers

Just love these old school photos!  But how on earth did they get the kids to look sooooo grim !!  Barely a little "snicker" on the face of any of them...   

"The leather belt comes out for the first one to move a muscle?"...   Mind you, I think maybe I remember that phrase from my own days in Secondary School in Glasgow of the 60's !!!
