Where is my Aunt Buried

I would like to know where she is buried and have no idea where to look
Her Husband S.W.Lake Alfred S. Death March 1943 The district Surrey S.W. is an alternative name for Surrey South Western and it is in the county of Surrey; information 
The same applies I have no idea how to start this search
Any help would be appreciated

If she was married to a Mr Lake then why was her death registered in her maiden name of Wood?

this is correct Someone told me to look for her maiden name so i am confused.

Hi Joy

She will have died under her married name,so the Edith that you mentioned earlier cannot be the right one,as yours was Edith W Lake and her husband was plain Alfred Lake so the one you found is also not the right one.

Are you sure they both died around 1945-50 and in Surrey?

Her husband died
March 1943S

This is all I know, I remember briefly my dad going to the funeral.

But neither of these are the correct people Roadrunner.

Edith M T Lake is not Edith W Wood.

And W Lake Alfred S (?) is not Alfred Lake ,with no middle name as per their marriage cert. I was asking the question about when and where they died to try and find a couple that would fit better than the ones you've found.

When and where were they both born...if 1950 is correct then Edith would have been born in 1883 is that your knowledge of her?

Here is the image of her marriage to Alfred Lake.....whilst it's not a very good W it isn't an M.......and yet on another thread you seem to know her middle name was Maureen?
