Passenger lists from Naples Italy, to Southampton England.

Hello, I'm a newbie to this website which looks very interesting and popular.
I am having difficulty locating any passenger lists from Italy to England, without getting thousands of non-related names. 
Is there a way I can specify a family name, then use an advanced and abbreviated search?

As far as I am aware there are no passenger lists for that route. Most of the passenger lists tend to be for intercontinental journeys only.

I'm coming to the same conclusion.
I may have to use a Scottish genealogy site to try some reverse research probably.

Not entirly true.
There are lots of passenger lists such as this.
London: SS Dilwara (British India Steam Navigation Company Ltd) travelling from Calcutta to London. Embarking at Calcutta, Madras, Colombo, Aden, Port Said and Naples. You need to post a name and date then maybe someone can put you on the correct course.
