Obtaining SA Death records - Dorfman Family

Hi All,

I have the Estate Papers for a Louis Dorfman 1953 and Rachel Dorfman nee Reiff 1951.  How would I obtain their death records.  I'm trying to establish their parents names and eventually uncover where they were born....

I have done quite a lot of research already and I've come to a dead end as I think the death records hold the key.......
