Can anyone restore this wedding pic please take another look

Thanks for the work already done it is great and very imaginative.  Could someone just restore the original for me as there are marks on Dads uniform trousers etc.  Thank you in advance

One from me...but it is very badly scanned at 200dpi
The physical size is only 2x1 and a is a total of 97KB. You are allowed to post up to 500KB.
