I thought these might be of use to people.

Either read online via flipbook, or you can download them as pdf.

The flipbook is great value, because the search is for exactly what you type - it need not be a whole word like, say Google Books - helpful if a family name changed about.

Also, you can get a free account and bookmark any books you find for later reference, without needing to download.

I followed the link in the previous subject for Parish Registers & Manors of Suffolk for Volume 4 but I can't actually access the volume.  It doesn't show the dropdown list like the other volumes.  Can someone please help me find out what I'm doing wrong.

I presume you mean this topic

Looking at it, there doesn't seem to be a Volume 4.

Yes, I tried to access this myself some time ago and couldn't. Typical - it's always the volume you need which you can't access, isn't it!!!

Thank you everyone for your replies.  I was hoping it was something I was doing wrong and then someone would be able to solve it for me.  Lizzie, yes thats the correct topic but reference to Vol 4 is further down the topic which was a reply posted by Macbeth.

Just an update on this one.  I contacted archive.org re Vol 4 and got this reply -

'That book has not yet been scanned and uploaded. We create the items in anticipation of the scans although I cannot at this point give an exact time when it will be uploaded.'

So I will just keep checking the site every now and then to see if its up and running.
