alexander was a clerk in law in elgin in 1891 and david in st pancas was a joiner his father was hugh wonder if occ. was mixed up

 i have search scotland reg house on friday for alexander in edinburgh and could not find a marriage or death

There is absolutely no certainty that it is the right 1901 entry so dangerous to make assumptions.   An awful lot of Alexander Reid's in Scotland
