Catherine nee Culbert & William McNutt
« on: Wednesday 17 November 04 11:26 GMT (UK) »
I am now searching for our Great Great Great Grandfather William McNutt and his wife Catherine nee Culbert from Figart in the Parish of Clondahorky Donegal.  They would have been born late 1700s/early 1800's.  Their names are mentioned at their son Andrew's Wedding in 1833 in Dunfanaghy Presbyterian Church Dunfanaghy Donegal.

One brick wall falls down only to reveal another ~ the fun of Genealogy.  Thanks.

A Marriage of Catherine Culbert to William McNutt
« Reply #1 on: Monday 16 May 05 15:02 BST (UK) »
This marriage possibly would have taken place in the 1790's certainly before1796, maybe a little earlier.

Catherine Culbert maybe from Dunfanaghy Clondahorky Parish

                                           to
William McNutt maybe from Dunfanaghy Clondahorky Parish

If any one can help at all or even better looking for the same family please get in touch.

Thank you

Matty

McNutt marriage Donegal Ireland abt1795
« Reply #3 on: Monday 04 April 11 10:46 BST (UK) »
Hi I am searching for the marriage of William McNutt to Catherine Culbert  they had a son called Andrew who was born about 1796 so I am presuming the marriage would be before that.

William & Catherine's son Andrew McNutt was married in 1833 at the Prestbyterian Church Dunfanaghy Donegal and his abode on the certificate was given as Figert so I am guessing his parents lived in that area.

Thanks Matty

Earlier thread here- did you ever follow through those leads that Pat Reid and Christopher found?

Another McNutt/Culbert thread of yours-

Since there are so many threads asking about the same people I'm going to merge your latest post with the existing thread asking for marriage details.
