Hello Jackie,

By the time of the 1881 Census William Spencer has died, however Martha his wife is
still living Kiln Lane, Belper RG11/3413 F46 Pg 1

I think on the 1881 Census Annie Williams is living Kiln Lane, a boarder RG11/3413 F47 Pg 4
she states born 1862 and born Manchester Lancashire.

I think she married again 2nd November 1889 Duffield:-
Annie Spencer Weston age 25 born 1864 to George Wilkinson age 27 born 1862.
She gives her father as Benjamin Weston it should I think have been Benjamin Williams,
she states Single should have been widow.

1891 Census they are at Cliffe Fort, Cliffe Kent RG12/652 F8 Pg 9 they have a son George
Wilkinson age 3 months born Cliffe at Hoo, Kent.  On the Census the place of birth for George Snr
and Annie is transcribed as Dolpa, examination of the original shows Bolpa/Belpa which has to be
Belper. George Snr is in the Army and is a "Bombadier".

I can find no suitable death for Charles Wesson/Weston and cannot find him on the 1891 Census.

1901 Census Guston Kent  RG13/840 F74 Pg 3
George Snr, is still in the Army and is now a Sergent age 40 born Belper
Annie, age transcribed as 31 but sure it is 37 born Dudley Worcestershire
Geo. W.   age 10 born Cliffe Fort, Kent
Helen A.  age 3 born Cambletown, Middlesex

I think the 1901 Census confirms this is the correct Annie Spencer Williams.

The details of the 2nd Church Marriage are on:-
https://www.familysearch.org/ (select advance shearch - new Pilot Site)
Free BMD   Dec. Q 1889 Belper 7b 1035

Hope this helps.

Spendlove

With your great help, I've been able to find Annie + family in 1911. They are living at Aston Warks, seems she has moved nearer
 to her birthplace.
