Restore Great Grandparents Photos

Hi everyone,

Have just received two photos of my great grandparents ( the first photos and probably only I will find for them). My great aunty had told me that my great grandmother in her old age one day decided to throw away all her photos, except these two, and then decided she'd cut her photo and her husband's out and place their faces in a locket. I'm sure they were marvellous photos before she hacked them lol.
Not much to go bye.

Was wondering what restores could be done of the faces etc? Would be great to see what the rootschatters can do!  :) :)
