Thomas Coulson - Masons Arms Inn Whitby

My Great Grandmother was Rachel Coulson, a daughter of Thomas Coulson and Mary Prest.  Thomas was the Inn Keeper at the Masons in 1881.  I have a photo of a man and a woman posing outside the Masons Arms and I think they could be Thomas and Mary.  Would love to hear from anyone who can help confirm their identity.

I also have a photo of a young woman, probably aged 14-16.  On the back of the photo is written "To Auntie Rachel" indicating it was sent to Rachel Coulson by a niece.  Again I would love to hear from anyone who might know who the young woman is.
