I seem to recall that someone was offering lookups to both of the above.
Is that no longer the case?

The information contained is very limited and not particularly helpful in a genealogical way. It's basically a surname index with the number of males and females living at an address. For example my family aren't listed in either even though they were there, but my 5xggfather wasn't the head of the household, just a tenant.
