Death Help Please

I am trying to find the death of John Chapman born 1842/1843 in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

Last known whereabouts on 1911 census:

Living at 27 Dale Road, Luton, Bedfordshire as a boarder.

Listed as a widower, age 69, retired plumber, born Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

Other household members:
Elizabeth Dyer , widow, 59
James Ellington, 46, plumber, lodger
James Ellington, 18, plumber, lodger

Any help appreciated.

I can't see any John Chapman deaths registered in Luton 1911-1958. There were over 1500 John Chapman deaths registered in other parts of England and Wales  1915-55.
