Clarke/Deloughery

Hi,
Just wondering whether anyone can help with my research.  I seemed to have hit a brick wall.  I am researching Robert Clarke born 1829 (I think in Ireland) married Martha O'brien. They had a son Robert Clarke born 3 May 1850 in Portrush. Robert married Mary Ann Deloughry on the 21 July 1880 in Port Adelaide, Australia. I believe Mary ann is of Irish decent but was born in india in 1860.

Robert Clarke born 1829 occupation Seaman (I think in Ireland)
Martha O'brien - can't seemed to find anything on her
Robert Clarke  born 3 May 1850 in Portrush arrived in Australia prior to 1880
Mary Ann Deloughry - born in India in 1860 married Robert in 1880, I believe is of Ireland decent
