Alimenta GILES (early 1800's)

Hello All,

I am looking for some dates for my ancestor Alimenta Giles (so far also spelt Araminter or Allminter) who was a traveller from the St Germans area of Cornwall, born in the early 1800's.
I know she married my ancestor John Parry (or Perry) in Plymouth St Andrew on 21 Nov 1826 according to one person on here an had at least 2 children, John (1827 in St Germans) and Henry (1829 in Landrake).
However as yet I have found no birth or death for her, or her husband either in Cornwall or neighboring Devon.

I was hoping for any suggestions on how to proceed with this, any help will be much appreciated and if necessary I am prepared to finish this line with him and her for the foreseeable future?
