Looking for Help and Deciphering

Hello everyone!

So I recently found out that I've got some Scottish blood in me (Hooray!), and I'm trying to find out more. The chap in question is my G.G.G. Grandfather John Grant. He was born in Turiff, Aberdeenshire in about 1860 before moving down to London when he was about 20 to marry a Caroline Reeve. I have his birth record from scotlandspeople but I cannot for the life of me understand what it says. I also know that his parents were a John Grant and Isabella Murray and that their parents were a George Grant and Janet Shearer and a Thomas Murray and Jane Wiseman respectively.

I was wondering if anyone could help me decipher this script and maybe see if they can find something I might have missed that can help me some more.

You clearly have a talent for Reading scrawl! Thanks. I have no idea how I would have read it otherwise... Do these names ring a bell to anyone I wonder?
